I think Dr. Higgins is a caring, professional, intelligent, doctor. Always have her full attention and recall to my issues. Dr. Higgins is the BEST!!! We took our Mom who is very anxious going to any doctor and Dr. Higgins was able to get the 2 growths off her face to send in for pathology. (When we took her to another PA last year, she wouldn't let her touch them.) She made her feel at ease and explained things gently and thoroughly. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Higgins!!!

3 months ago I am waiting for my appointment with Dr. Kristen B. Higgin, and I arrive today at the appointment and they tell me that my appointment was canceled because the doctor is sick, but no one called me to report this situation , and now the next available date is in December, wait 7 months for an appointment, they have no priority, they couldn't open an appointment for this week or the next and I have to wait 4 months more. this really is a lack of respect with the patient. The only option I was given is for another doctor to attend my appointment, but I was waiting 3 months for Dr. Kristen B. Higgins, not for someone else.

Such a good experience every time I have been to see Dr. Higgins. She is friendly and easy to talk to. She is very thorough and explains everything that she will be doing. The staff and assistants are also top notch. You will not be disappointed.
