Excellent experience from beginning initial appointment to follow up appointment. I was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Hawk and her staff demonstrated concern, knowledge, professionalism and were friendly. It's not often that a MD washes their hands immediately upon entering the room as Dr. Hawk did. As a retired RN, she put me at ease. I have found MY dermatologist in NC & have already recommended her to 2 friends.

Dr. Hawk is very concerned about my care. She answered all my questions and gave me great tips. I wish the staff had followed through with the patient portal link in an email prior to my appointment. Overall it was a good visit. Thank you.

I didn't have a very high expectation for seeing a dermatologist because of experiences in the past with other Dermatology practices. But Dr. Hawk immediately recognized the issue I was having and gave me a plan to begin treatment. She was confident in her knowledge and was positive and reassuring. I'm excited to follow the plan with her and to watch the progression of healing of a condition I've had for 7 years.

I am established patient at PPSD. Having seen 3 different doctors over my years, I can say without a doubt that all were excellent. My first retired, second moved locations, and now the third has treated me for 3 years. I would highly recommend this practice. All staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Service is timely and I feel valued as an individual.

I loved meeting Dr Hawk. She is very friendly, informative and knows what she’s doing. I couldn’t have had a better visit. She gets right to work, let’s you ask questions and makes you feel comfortable. I’m looking forward to my follow up visit in a month.
