Ms. Rafaela is professional, personable, and is a perfectionist. She is an expert at performing all of the services listed on her website. She also works within your budget. I honestly would not trust nor allow anyone else to perform any of the services I have received from her. Why? Because anyone performing these services should be a licensed professional in the state of North Carolina. They also need to be knowledgeable, meticulous, and skilled regarding the facial anatomy. Additionally, Rafaela has been a licensed nurse practioner for over 20 years.
