I am 3 months post op from a bilateral breast reduction with a free nipple graft. Dr. Jackson Taylor is amazing!!! My results are even better than I had hoped. Is it a longer recovery with the complex surgery I had, but I have no complaints! Dr. Taylor’s team and staff have been wonderful every step of the way. Claire is the bet P.A. Angie is such a dear sweet nurse…And Maria is always so warm every time I arrive for an appointment. They have all been very attentive with very good follow up. I have felt very confident and reassured from my very first consultation appointment. I highly recommend this Plastic Surgery Practice!!!

I called to see if they used laser to treat rosacea. The female that I spoke with did not know and had to put me on hold to find out. I found this odd as it should be something she should know. When she confirmed, I asked what type of laser is used (as I am new to the area and had been using a specific laser at my former dermatologist with success). She said she did not know and needed to schedule me for a consultation. I told her I didn’t wish to waste anyone’s time with a consult if they didn’t use the laser I was looking for and asked again to see if she could find out what type of laser is used. She said she did not know - again - and pushed or consultation (not heeding my reluctance to waste my time without necessary info). This group needs to better educate the gate keepers and kick up the professionalism. Not impressed with initial contact which is a huge red flag. 🚩

1 year ago today my life changed. I am 1 year post-op today from a tummy tuck with Dr. Dillingham. It was a complete and total nightmare. My stomach looks worse now than it did before I had the tummy tuck. I had loose skin from having 3 kids and losing weight. I went in to see her, and she said I didn't need a full tummy tuck. I only needed a mini. I voiced my concerns at that time about the area above my belly button, she said she could fix that with liposuction and no muscle repair was needed. From the moment I took my bandages off at day 4 it was not right. I continued to voice my concerns about the way my stomach looked and they all said the same thing: you are only days, weeks and months out from surgery, give it time. I went back for my 6 month checkup and asked her if there was anything I could do to help the result and she said maybe lose some weight. I am 5'9" and 150 lbs. That was the worst thing you could say to someone that went through this to improve their looks. She told me she could do more liposuction to help that area. I immediately had concerns about being put back to sleep, she told me she could do it in the office. Since that visit I have had 2 other consultations with Dr. 's about my stomach and was told by both Dr.'s liposuction would only give me minimal results, I would need a complete revision as NO muscle repair was done so my results are not going to change with liposuction. I paid almost $11, 000 for a stomach that looks worse than it did before.

Dr. Dillingham is the best! I highly recommend her and her team at Cone Health Plastic Surgery Specialists. My surgery was recently done in another state, but for follow-up care and rehabilitation, my circumstances brought me to Greensboro. From my first conversation with the Danielle on the phone, to my treatment in the office from Angela (Angie), and then Dr. Dillingham, everyone couldn't have been more professional, patient, or nicer. The practice manager went above and beyond to be sure that my insurance was properly applied. Although I'm going through a difficult time, they gave me comfort in every way.
