The check in progress was quick and matched with a friendly face. My lip filler looks so good and I have recommended many friend to this location. I recommend them due to the exceptional services I have received over the past year.

Excellent service...I was pleasently greeted by the staff upon my arrival. They had all necessary documents ready to be completed. I was seen immediately, within 10 minutes of my arrival. My wait time in the exam room was less than 5 minutes before the PA came in. Ms. black is a genuine professional... She conducted a thorough exam far beyond my expectation. Not only did she address the issue I was scheduled to have examined and treated, she also identified an additional concern which she treated as well. She listened to my concerns, answered my questions and treated my issues ...all in a genuine, caring professional manner. She and the young lady that assisted with the procedures did an excellent job. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a rash on my face that I had seen another dermatologist for and it was written off as adult acne. I knew they weren’t right and weren’t validating my concerns so i did my own research, and scheduled an appointment with dr. English black a week later. As soon as she walked in, she confirmed my extensive google research right away as she said, “I know exactly what it is!” Within minutes, I had the correct oral medication and a face wash prescribed. I was so relieved that 1)I was right 2)I don’t just have adult acne 3) my concerns were listened too and alleviated 4) I was hopeful my rash would ACTUALLY clear up and wasn’t just returning acne!! :,). I tried to explain in the office how much I appreciated them, but not sure it stuck so- THANK YOU so much Dr. Black for your help! I started seeing positive results of the medication after about a week and appreciate being listen to and diagnosed correctly :))

As usual we were very satisfied with our appointment at Lupton Skin surgery. Ms. Black and her assistant were both courteous and concerned, answered all of our questions, took care of removing a growth promptly and had new medicine and products to suggest for Charlie's problem. When there was a change in the prescription after we left the office, were prompt to call and explain the change. Charlie has been very satisfied with his care.

I went to get a mole removed.... after taking my copay..... they decided to tell me they couldn't do it after only being there for 5 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional. Then referred me to someone who does not even remove moles. Be sure to do your research before booking an appointment with them. Pretty much just wanted to bill my insurance and take the copay when they literally did nothing. She didn't even touch my mole. Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a doctor. The nurse was super rude. Already being nervous about having a mole removed that I've had all my life due to problems it had been giving me... she decided to tell me well if you do this it's going to leave a scar and it's going to look really bad. Thanks for the support as a nurse. One bad review will travel 10 times further than a good one. Good luck with them.
