Restoration Med Spa has a great team. They’re very service oriented. #Charisse, Gracie, Anna, 5stars . My personal favor is the Hydro facial. it’s different than most facials in the manner that it’s not necessarily close eyes and relax but more of a deep product treatment, hydration and extraction not in that order😉. I always have a nice glow afterwards.

As another reviewer on here stated, I too suffered from a significantly drooping eyelid after receiving Botox from this provider on November 11, 2024. I just turned 52 and after a year of overwhelming stress I wanted to do something for myself to give me back a little bit of confidence and joy. I have had Botox before at a different provider with excellent results but they were very pushy in sales tactics so I did my research and came upon Restoration Medspa. I was assured that I would be satisfied with the results of my treatment. Within a week the severe drooping began and worsened each day. The drooping eyelid covered my pupil obstructing my vision in my R eye. This caused issues with me being able to function at work and drive as well as causing me a great deal of mental anguish. The provider did offer a follow up appointment where she provided me 7 days worth of Upneeq. The medication does work to mostly correct the drooping but only lasts around 6 hours of my workday and left me struggling to drive home. I was able to pay for an actual medical physician to get a prescription for the Upneeq at an out of pocket cost of $249 for a month's supply. However, it is 2 weeks later and the pharmacies are unable to obtain the medication on back order. At the time of the service, I was encouraged to spend over $600 to purchase additional Botox to use at a later date as it was on "sale". I have been so distraught over this experience that I can not trust this provider to administer more. I have requested a refund and will update this review based on results.

Wonderful and very pleasant experience! This practice has always been consistant - professional, organized, friendly, comfortable, and knowledable! Ashley is absolutely amazing and just a phenomenal person, she is patient, kind, beyond sweet and very thorough! Best HALO laser treatment I've had so far, and best results! Loved her!

This was my first time getting lip fillers and the experience provided by the Restoration MedSpa staff made it seamless, comfortable, and (almost) painless - they were able to fit me in 2 days after I called for the consultation, which also included getting the injections same-day! Nikki, their fantastic Physician's Assistant, was an absolute godsend for a first-timer like me. She is such a sweet, comforting and knowledgable person - she walked me through the procedure step by step, informing me along the way. During the procedure, she was sure to talk me through how she was giving me my desired result. There was mild to moderate pain from the Juvederm injection itself, but she was soothing and even provided me a device to distract me from the procedure. 24 hours later, I have yet to experience any bruising or swelling - just an occasional tingle and the awkward feeling of something new/foreign in your mouth (will just take getting used to like any other dental work). Highly recommend and I myself will be going back!!
