I’ve had an incredible health experience at Strategic Wellness! The team is not only friendly and welcoming but also genuinely encouraging. Unlike my past experiences with family doctors for ongoing health issues, I always feel truly seen and heard here. Diana and Katie and their outstanding team dedicate themselves to understanding the root of health problems and approach them holistically - addressing body, mind, and spirit. I plan to keep coming to Strategic Wellness for years to come and highly recommend them!

The atmosphere at Strategic Wellness Center is so relaxing. Today, I had a facial with Kirsten, and it seemed the stress just melted away. My skin is bright and clear. Kirsten was kind and compassionate. It was exactly what I needed today.

After three years of struggling with digestive issues and hormonal imbalance, (and trying to address them through a number of regular MD’s) I am happy to say that Dr. Diana Williams and the 6 month program I followed at Strategic Wellness has been a life saver. She took a deep dive into my nutritional deficiencies and food sensitivities, and guided me toward a healthier diet in addition to supplements that made me feel better within a couple of weeks. She also got my hormones straightened out (I am post-menopausal) and OMG! What a difference that has made in the quality of my life! I would also like to give a shout out to Crystany White, nurse and client care coordinator. She is easy to get hold of and is quick to respond to any questions I have. I love that she always remembers my name when I come in and any personal details I have shared with her over the course of my treatment. Both she and Dr. Diana truly care about their clients. I can’t say enough good about Diana & the rest of the staff at Strategic. Not only has she worked with me on various issues but I’m forever grateful for her work with my teenage daughter. She listens, researches & applies her knowledge so thoughtfully. She also stays so up to date on all the latest research & literature. I am so thankful for Diana and her entire staff. I have been a client /patient for several years. I love the warm greeting I always get when I walk through the door for my appointments. The waiting area is so tranquil and peaceful. I have used several services such as IV infusion for overall wellness support and spa treatments, which are amazing! The one thing that has made the most impact on my overall health is HRT. Diana is very knowledgeable and attentive to my individual needs as I have transitioned into “midlife” . After addressing health issues at the root cause, addressing hormones and changing my diet with Brianna’s help , I have more energy , I don’t have the negative symptoms that come with traditional “midlife changes” that women in the past just had to deal with. I feel better overall and I am grateful I decided to take this approach to better health.
