As a bit of a novice to the medical skin care world, I was intrigued yet hesitant to undergo a laser treatment. I’d read the extensive list of benefits the CoolPeel non-invasive laser could provide. I was ready to give this a go! The in office procedure was not painful and was finished in a short amount of time. The first couple of days following, I was informed I may feel like I had a sunburn. That was exactly the case - and a mild one at that. Then a couple days of slight textured skin that really needed to be hydrated. Then the best part.. I got the hydro facial here and had no previous experience with any facials. When I walked in I was greeted by LeeAndra, Izzie, and Jennifer! They all had such a warm welcoming smile and made me feel comfortable right off the bat! I was nervous heading in but after interacting with them my nerves were put at ease! After filling out some questions LeeAndra took me to the room where the facial was done. It was cold but they provided a soft blanket which made me comfortable! The facial itself was different from what I expected but when I tell you my skin looks and feels SO incredibly clean! They show you all the “stuff” that comes off your face! I’ve never seen my skin this clear, so soft, and with this much glow EVER! Thank you LeeAndra for your soft gentle hands and my awesome facial experience!
