Best doctor's office I have ever seen. They are affordable, and care. They pay attention and you typically never have to wait long when showing up for your appointment. They are amazing at remaining on schedule and prioritize you. They also have a texting service, so you can text any concerns and you will actually get a response from a real person.

If you are looking for a new doctor, this is the place to go! My husband and I love the care we have received at NRFW. The pricing is affordable, and I love that we can get same or next day appointments. Dr. Allen really takes the time to talk to you during the appointment and tries to get to the root of any issues, it's so much better than the standard 10min you usually get from a doctor. I can't recommend them enough!

Over many decades I have not had too many positive experiences in medical establishments, some of them downright a bit of a horror story of which I negative memories. My wife found New River Family Wellness and I am very happy she did. Dr. Allen and the staff are all very nice, professional and provide excellent reliable customer service. And, very important, they listen to their patients! Labs and medications are provided on location - wonderful. Prices are relatively low due to taking out the insurance guys, especially on medications. I highly recommend them for all of your medical needs!

I am grateful to have found New River Family Wellness. They are friendly, efficient, caring, professional and give the best medical care. Dr. Allen takes every concern seriously, provides answers to all of my questions, has resolved some long term medical issues and provides trusted referrals when necessary. Brandy and Brittany handle appointments, labs, medication refills, questions and follow up promptly and efficiently. I am in good hands with this amazing practice.

I've been with New River Family Wellness for nearly a year, and I am seriously impressed. I've really appreciated the direct primary care approach and find their monthly costs to be reasonable - especially because prescriptions are almost unbelievably cheap! She is kind, thorough, and I feel like she actually listens to me more than any doctor I've been to before.
