They are very Good with making you feel comfortable and helpful with your health concern also takes time to explain things to you love that they are my primary doctors

I called before driving there, no one answered at the front desk, called again and selected the appointment option , I was told I could come in that it was not busy. I got there 40 minutes later and was told they could not see me because the provider was leaving in 15 minutes.

I appreciate Ms. Brandi seeing me on an early Tuesday morning. She was kind and addressed my issue with concern and antibiotics. I am thankful they are in Kenansville to help our community.

Yesterday’s appointment went great. My wait time was very reasonable. The phlebotomist did a wonderful job with my blood work. No bruising; I can barely see the spot. Her name is Cynthia. Please tell her how pleased I am with her service.

I arrived for my 9:30 appointment and saw Brandi, FNP at 1O:45. During my follow-up, I was informed my time is limited to 15 mins and if I had more than two questions I would need to schedule another appointment. What about my 75 minute wait?
