Great Experience! “Bernice, Front Desk” is superior in her role. Her pleasant personality is refreshing. This was my first visit for an annual screening with Dr. Carlock. I was promptly called back at my scheduled time. The visit went great. She is skilled at multitasking - proceeded with the exam, while asking questions and giving feedback. This is appreciated, as someone who needed to schedule this visit in the middle of a work day. Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All 5 stars go to Bernice the receptionist. She is professional, courteous, and helpful. While you are waiting in the office, her interactions with other patients are at the same level. I appreciate her efforts in scheduling appointments and answering questions. She is an asset to this office. This location is extremely convenient and easily accessible. Traffic is minimal and there is ample parking close to the building.

Dr. Jacqueline and her support staff work well together. They’re very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them for your dermatological needs.

The worst service I ever experienced in 40+ years. The doctor don't care about the patients, just how much it's getting annually. Sad yo know that you need to pay $100 to spend 5 min in the room with the doctor and not getting any assistance with your medical issues.

The receptionist is one of the nicest women I have ever met. I have seen Mary for skin cancer screenings. Although the visits were quick, she answered all of my questions and was very kind. I have also taken my adolescent to see Brittany for acne and she was very kind and helpful asking multiple times if we had any other questions. I would recommend this office. Update, I originally gave them a 5 star review, but there were two moles I specifically asked her to evaluate. To my pleasure she said they were not dangerous, however at my next appointment with a different provider they did biopsies and found them to be basal cell cancers that would have left less scarring if treated early.
