Magnolia Medspa is amazing! The office is beautiful and has a relaxed/calm vibe. I had microneedling done with Katy and she was wonderful. Katy also had great recommendations for at home skincare that I am already so happy with! I highly recommend.

Loved the atmosphere first off and was readily greeted upon arrival. Took a few to fill out the paper work but then everything was so prompt and professional! Really enjoyed Ashley while she was doing my lash lift and Alex was so knowledgeable for the injections. I got a lip flip and a brow lift and absolutely felt pampered! This place is a hidden gem and I will be back for more! So excited for the results! Thanks ladies!!! 🥰

Alex at Magnolia Medspa is by far the best injector I’ve gone to in the Charlotte area. You just kind of inherently trust her from the first time you meet her, which is rare with an injector. It doesn’t hurt that her before and after pictures are always amazing. Any injections she’s done on me always have been flawless. She’s such a perfectionist which I appreciate! And so sweet on top of everything! I will absolutely continue to go to her!

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Magnolia! Katy is a genius and has completely transformed my skin over a year - but all the ladies here are incredible. From a customized skincare routine to treatment plan, it has made the biggest difference. I also finally tried Dysport, to treat an area of concern in my forehead. Ally is an absolute sweetheart and did a wonderful job - I was definitely a bit nervous to try it for the first time, but she's great. I'd do it again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Alex at Magnolia Medical Spa. She was incredibly gentle, and the Dysport treatment was quick and relatively painless. I really appreciated that she took the time to let me know about the savings available through the Aspire app, which was a nice bonus. The lobby was comfortable, and parking was easy to find. Just a heads-up: if you’re coming around school drop-off or pick-up hours, plan for a little extra time, as the entrance is shared with Queen’s Grant. Overall, a great experience—I highly recommend Alex and will be back next time!
