PINNACLE DERMATOLOGY

I recently saw Kirstyn Vega for the first time. She was extremely helpful with two different skin issues I've been having. One which another doctor was unable to pinpoint. After filling out new patient paperwork I was seen very quickly but she really took her time with me which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend her.

The girl and I'll stress the use of the word girl, because she acted very immature if a.nightmare to deal with. She gives you the run around and wans to know exactly why you want to see Dr in detail. Really no need to discuss that with her. Simply an issue with a cyst. She then says ma'am "We don't accept your insurance" before id even given her the company name. 160% RUDE

Dr Walkman is absolutely fantastic, as well as the whole office staff, EXCEPT the woman who handles billing and appointments at the checkout desk. She seems to be a completely miserable person. She has been extremely rude and unfriendly on my last couple of visits. I tried having a conversation with her on both occasion and could not engage in a conversation either time. She ruined what was otherwise a very pleasurable ( as a doctor visit can be ) experience. It’s a shame that the last interaction you have at this practice, is having to deal with such a unpleasant person. Would have been 5 stars, but she left such a bad taste in my mouth. A smile and a friendly hello go a very long way in making a patient feel good about the choice they have made in going to a particular practice. We’re it not for Dr. Walkman, I’d never go back here.

I used to see Dr.Waldman many years ago and stopped seeing him when I felt like I was just a #. I was referred to his office again per different insurance company. I did not want to give this office my business again, but after seeing Krystin Vega, Dr.Waldmans PA or NP( whichever she is).... that visit quickly changed my mind! She is very concerened, compassionate and SHE LISTENS TO ME !!! I will NOW recommend anyone..any family & friends!! Thanks Krystin and Office Staff !!!!!

Excited & nervous for our appt today .. (I'll update after) however the office was helpful in getting my son an appt. quickly as his acne has started causing lots painful cyst! Hopeful.
