Pinnacle Dermatology - Monroe

I was referred by a friend who said they’re very happy with the treatment and friendly & professional environment. Today was my first visit, and was pleased with the experience. I saw Kirstyn Vega, PA-C, she asked for and listened to my concerns. She offered treatment options explaining each well. I felt concern for my wellbeing from her and entire team. I am thankful to my friend for the referral and believe the treatment plan will be effective. I’m not posting pictures but will update my progress in the coming months.

Wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and helpful. The PA, Kirstyn was very attentive and listened to all our concerns. She asked questions to narrow down treatment options that would work best for my daughter. We had a completely different experience at another dermatology office, so grateful that we found Pinnacle Dermatology!

I’ve been going to the Monroe location for almost 2 years now and I’ve never had any issues. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been nothing but pleasant. I’m always in and out in within 30-40 minutes and Kristen Vega always gives me her full attention. She makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. I always appreciate that she asks so I have any other issues or concerns before finishing the visit. I would def recommend them to anyone looking for a new provider.

I was seen in the office on Jan 21st in the Monroe office. I saw Dr. Brooks. After checking in with a great lady at the desk, I had to wait a few minutes. I saw Dr. Brooks. We discussed my issue and I had to have a short procedure. She was kind and had a great sense of humor, which I think is important. I was in and out within 15 minutes. If I have other issues, this is the place I will go.

5 Stars – Outstanding Care from Kristyn Vega! Kristyn Vega is amazing! She truly listens, explains treatments clearly, and delivers fantastic results. The staff is friendly, and the office is clean and welcoming. I always feel confident in her care. Highly recommend for anyone seeking expert, compassionate skin care!
