I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this office, from the ease of scheduling to the kindness of the staff. Most notably, I was extremely impressed with PA Thienkim's expertise and the time she took to understand my symptoms and thoroughly explain everything. She provided various options, and together, we developed the best plan for me. I highly recommend Lake Norman Anesthesia.

I went to this facility in hopes of becoming a new patient and finding the appropriate plan of management for my chronic back pain. I have been dealing with for yrs. I was seen by Dr. Thienkim Walters. She was rude, I did not feel cared for with my health concerns.I don't typically like to write bad reviews or call anyone out. But as these doctors are professionals they should be kind and respectful. When people are having to deal with and live with pain on a daily basis, the last thing they want, is to be involved with is someone who isn't caring. I had hoped that I could had continued to be a patient and have a good standing with this facility. However, I will not feel disrespected and not cared for. That's my right as a patient. I hope that this doctor can be a better physician for her future patients...

Great place!!!! Let me start by saying this the facility is a lot further then another doctor I was seeing but I’m willing to go the distance the place was very clean and updated bright and cheery the staff from the front desk to the nurse were all very friendly I meet with the nurse and she got all of my medical information that was needed I didn’t expect to see DR lagruee but I did and he is so very friendly caring compassionate and has a great bedside manner I was treated with the up most respect he listened to me and gave me a detailed plan of action I also like that he is part of the team of doctors that o already see and the best part was is they do what is needed that the other doctors couldn’t fulfill I am delighted to say that this was the best switch going to him thank you so much Dr lagruee! ❤️

We had two appointments with Dr. Thienkim Walters and they were disappointing both clinically and respectfully. The first appointment did not have the interpreter service and we couldn't complete the clinical history and we had wait one month to get another appointment. The second appointment was more disappointing, she was intolerant to questions related to the prescription she offered to my mother when I was warned her that it type of medication had not worked to my mom on previous occasions. After that, she indicated that it was the only treatment she would offer and her face showed anger to such an extent that she did not look at us again and left the room without saying goodbye to us. After this, Dr. Walters sent the nurse and the manager to tell us that for future appointments, we would require a legal power of attorney that would allow me as a daughter to speak with the interpreter and her, even though my mother suffers from dyslexia due to her Parkinson's and she is 82 years old. Her arrogance and lack of empathy were enough for me to decide not to return or recommend her. Despite everything, the Staff and nurse at Lake Norman Anesthesia Associates are kind and patient. I would recommend that you warn to patients who require the service of an interpreter to have a legal power of attorney at the time of requesting a medical appointment, to avoid wasting time and suffering from embarrassing and humiliating situations.

I have been a pain management patient for almost 15 years , and I have moved alot during that time. Some of my doctors were overprescribing meds, and I am so pleased that this practice doesn't do that! I am so grateful for finding Lake Norman. Kim Walters is excellent. I truly feel like she listens and doesn't dismiss concerns or questions. I even had a situation that needed after hours consultation this past weekend and she took care of . Thank you for everything!
