What a friendly, efficient and effective team at MD. I have never waited more than a couple minutes after checking in, in the exam room or checking out. Everyone is so nice and attentive. They have really thought through and follow through on their processes. The facility is clean and attractive. Signage is helpful and clear. No clutter. The docs are personable and detailed. Doors and computers have key card access so I'm certain safety and security of people and information is taken seriously.

Normally I really like this office. However I have recently found out that Kristin a PA, went to DC for The Felons inauguration. I know I’ll never see her again but I’m also considering leaving this practice due to these facts.

Everyone in this office is very professional and caring. Dr. Simon is always very thorough and knowledgeable and takes time to listen to your concerns.

I have never felt deep enough antipathy towards a doctor's office to write a bad review until today. PLEASE do not waste your money with this dermatologist. This is the only doctor's office I've ever been to where every subsequent visit the PAs and MDs talk down to and contradict their customer after they made a mistake. This obnoxious, COVID mask-wearing little PA got angry because I spoke the truth, that one of their previous genius staff members misdiagnosed me. Btw I solved my own problem with left over medication from a previous doctor. I've had to visit multiple times to get a wart removed, so I caution you to not put your health in their hands if you have a serious condition. Also, the front office is a joke- if you call, forget about speaking with a live human being. They're slow with customer service, but quick to bill. Thanks for the wonderful experience, ladies.
