Plastic Surgery North Carolina: Dr. Zannis

I can’t say enough positive things about this practice and all of the staff! Everyone is so nice. From greeting you when you come in to the warm smiles and making sure you fully understand everything. I am so pleased with my surgery, my care and my results. Dr Z is so friendly easy to talk to and explains everything! I had 2 procedures done. And will definitely go back if I ver decide to do more!!

I had the pleasure to see Dr. Zannis for a in office procedure. I was super nervous but thanks to Summerly everything went smooth and quick. Dr. Zannis was very thorough, knowledgeable and fast. My 4 hour drive was well worth it! Thank you again Dr. Zannis :)

I cannot recommend this facility for injections. I received 30 units four weeks ago, and unfortunately, two areas did not respond as expected. Despite years of experience with injections across several facilities in three different states, this is the first time I’ve encountered an injector unwilling to address an unsatisfactory result. In my experience, offering complimentary touch-ups when the initial treatment doesn’t meet expectations is standard practice in the industry. It ensures client satisfaction and demonstrates a commitment to quality care. Regrettably, the lack of a touch-up policy here means I will not be returning. If you're considering this facility for injections, I suggest exploring other options that prioritize client satisfaction.

I did my blepharoplasty and chin liposuction a month ago. The pain was minimal. The result is very beautiful, no scars at all. The price was extremely reasonable. All the staffs is absolutely fantastic, and the environment extremely clean and relaxing.

I went in for 2 different procedures. I have to say that Staff is great and facility is very clean and beautiful. Everything healed perfectly fine which was amazing. I was very exited to see the outcome but ended up very disappointed. I look at my self in the mirror with tears in my eyes because after spending a little over 24k in total, I look no where near what I expected. I feel like SpongeBob. I’m not confident and I do not like square looking body at all. I’m not blaming the Surgeon, maybe is the way my body is, I don’t know. But, I feel like he missed a few details when I explained more than once of what was bothering me. Now, I’m just having to start all over again by working hard to be able to save up to find a second/third opinion elsewhere outside of NC…😔
