Should be 0 stars. This doctor’s office failed to properly complete and return a prescription authorization renewal to my insurance provider. Diagnosis as well as clinical information was omitted. My insurance provider, the specialty pharmacy, and myself, each made numerous attempts to contact Dr. Klein and his administrators for a period of over two weeks for the omitted information. Dr. Klein and his office were unresponsive to all attempts by phone and fax. I subsequently missed a 12-week dose of the prescribed medication. One of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever been through. I’ve had to obtain a new dermatologist.

I don’t know if people are trying to sabotage this business but to a person this is one of the most friendly offices I’ve ever been to. I would investigate these fake reviews and prosecute if possible. Slanderous! Love this place.

Had an appointment over a week ago. Waited to get a call back on how much my surgery will be. Called late last week and said they have to wait on the insurance woman and the Dr for codes. Now I call this week and now they are saying I need to wait til next week to find out. Very unprofessional. I will be going somewhere else and recommending that no one goes here.

The worst experience at a doctors office I’ve ever had. Like many other reviews said if I could give a negative rating or zero stars I would. I’m sure they’re actually doing a lot of questionable things within the practice itself it seems to be ran by medical assistants more than anything you can’t even hardly speak to dr Klein directly. Dr Klein is dismissive and didn’t even know what room he was in. Sure he has no bedside manner but honestly I question his medical capacity as well. He is complacent, and complacency kills especially in the medical field. The staff that have been there a while (especially Kathy) are rude and complacent and will hang up on you and treat you like you’re little more than a burden. I have filed complaints with my insurance and you should too if you’ve been there and know what I’m talking about. This place shouldn’t even be in business anymore. It’s practically a money pit and not a place to go for actual medical care and advisement. Immediately after my sons appointment I didn’t even leave the parking lot before getting another referral somewhere else. And honestly I hope they see this review and read every word.

The front desk people were the nicest out of anybody. The nurse with the long black hair wasn't friendly, the Dr rushed you and they moved on. As a new patient I was in his office with him for 5 minutes if that. I sat in the waiting area longer. Definitely going to go somewhere else.
