Building a little tricky to find. Greeting on arrival fair. Time with provider was professional, thorough, and provided opportunity for any questions. Costs/fees were never discussed ( but I didn't ask either). Charge upon checkout was higher than I expected. I recommend asking before your visit so you don't experience stick shock. Overall, a positive experience as a new patient.

From the wonderful digital reminders to the front desk then Dr Yap herself, what a wonderful experience. Dr Yap is knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. So far, fantastic! Stay tuned as I just started my journey.

I have had several good hormone doctors in the past years so my first experience with Dr Yap was amazing. She is knowledgeable personable and sincere in her care. Very excited to have found her. Her staff is very professional and helpful as well.

First appointment. Early to provide feedback other than the staff and Dr Yap were helpful and attentive. I appreciate the level of communication and questions, and I look forward to feeling better soon!
