I absolutely adored my facial with Joi last week! I was referred by one of my clients because I'm getting married in October and wanted to ensure that my skin is in the best condition. Joi is clearly top-notch at her craft. With years and years of experience, she was able to put together a plan for the next few months leading up to my wedding, and she was also able to answer every single one of my questions. She was gentle with my face, listened to all my concerns, and asked me thorough questions regarding my health history and past/present skin care. Historically, I have struggled with picking at my skin. She was very empathetic and understanding about this, which was huge for me because I still harbor a lot of shame around it. I cannot say enough great things about Joi and her expertise. I only wish I'd found her earlier. I have total faith in her work, and I've been so happy with the results of my first facial after just a week. Thank you, Joi! :)
