Dr. Jones and Ruby are an incredible team! I recently had a mommy makeover with Dr. Jones, and I couldn't be happier with my experience and results. I was very nervous while researching the right surgeon, but Dr. Jones and Ruby quickly put me at ease. They were fantastic communicators, taking the time to address all my questions and concerns thoroughly before the procedure. Choosing Dr. Jones was an easy decision. From start to finish, their care was nothing short of exceptional. They are incredibly detail-oriented and genuinely prioritize their patients. One thing that really stood out was Dr. Jones's dedication to minimizing scarring—she truly goes above and beyond to ensure the best outcome. I'm now almost six weeks post-surgery, and I’m thrilled with my results! Dr. Jones is officially my go-to for any future aesthetic work. I can't recommend her and Ruby enough!

North Raleigh Plastic Surgery is great!! All of the staff are friendly and caring! Lauren was extremely nice and helpful! At any hour of the day if you had a question she would answer by far one of the best nurses I have ever met!! She really makes the patient feel comfortable to reach out with any question pre op or post op. Dr.Ortiz is great as well and he really did a good job. I had major weight loss and had excessive skin in the stomach area and had an Extended Abdominoplasty done and at first I was going to get it done in Colombia South America but my family preferred to get done here in the US. Overall the experience I had at North Raleigh Plastic Surgery was A++ in my opinion. They are detailed in explaining and you just have to trust the process in the post op. Once you’re months in post op the results are great!! Definitely recommending all family and friends to Dr.Ortiz and Lauren!! Thank you again for everyone on the team!!!

After much careful consideration I finally decided to move forward with a breast augmentation and mastopexy (breast lift) procedure. Not only do I get to work side by side with Dr. Kimberly Jones, but I was also able to experience her caring bedside manner, fine attention to detail, and dedication to perfection as a patient. From watching her daily interactions with her patients to seeing their amazing results I knew I was in good hands. I am grateful and loving my results! I did a breast reduction on March of 2024 with Dr Ortiz. Lauren told me to respect the healing process, while I was dealing with infections. I’m 10 months in now and my breasts are still very large (H cup), heavy , boxy and I also have side boobs. I paid 9,500 for a reduction but got a lift only because they are not as droopy as before. I wanted smallest size as possible to eliminate pain in my back and neck but the surgery I did defeated the purpose. I’m still struggling with pain and heavy chest. I haven pain and swelling on the incision now and Dr Ortiz and Lauren refuse to communicate with me instead Addy does the best she could do. I have to go elsewhere. Pls Do your research first before putting your body in the hands of NRPS. On Other platforms this Doctor received a 2.9 and 3 stars. They make you get emotional. What gives a medical professional or anyone else the right to disrespect someone’s body. Empathy goes a long way. I should’ve been told after surgery that my anatomical considerations limited my treatment plan. At least I would’ve expected a different outcome. But I was told this via email seven months after surgery and given a quote to do a revision. Good luck to those who chooses to go here.
