The staff was very friendly, espically Ben he was very informative and nice during the entire process! Sydney was great too! I’m super happy with my results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Sona North Raleigh!

Disappointed, as I was apparently misdiagnosed and prescribed something that was working against my condition. Follow up appointment(s) were dropped and no further communication was made for reschedule. IF they couldn't treat my issue or didn't understand it, it would have been nice to know that up front. Because there were certainly funds exchanged.

This location has changed so much over the years, and not for the better. I saw so much more improvement with my laser hair removal treatments before Sona made a change in equipment. I started services here almost 5 years ago. The last 2 years have been a downhill spiral with the turnover rate, the rude receptionist, and quality of service. I called this morning to make an appointment at the Falls of Neuse location and the receptionist was extremely rude, impatient, and elevated her voice towards me when asking to schedule an appointment. Thankfully, there's another location that I'm willing to try before completely going elsewhere.

I had another great experience at Sona this past Thursday. The staff was very friendly and helpful during my visit. I love their meditation room and my masseuse, Sara, came to get me right on time for my appointment. I really like that they build in an extra 15 minutes during the appointment to talk to you about your massage (what areas you want to focus on, how much pressure, etc.) and for room turnover, so that you get to enjoy your full allotted time. You are paying for it after all! I had such a great experience that I referred my sister for her first massage ever, and she couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

The staff at Sona are very friendly and thorough. Everyone took the time to explain the services to me and made sure I knew what to expect. I appreciated their professionalism while also putting me at ease before my treatment. I have had a great experience so far, and look forward to future sessions.
