Trustworthy doctor and super friendly staff. I highly recommend her and her staff. She listened to all my concerns and addressed all my issues. She took care of the problem right away and didn't have to wait days for her to take action to help me. I'm Very satisfied!

Staff is kind and knowledgeable. That’s not the issue. The problem is the lack of attention and time during your appointment. I spent longer waiting in the lobby than I did with the medical assistant or doctor. I brought up a concern about my skin and instead of any discussion about why/what and how yo move forward, my doctor took a 3 second glance at my face and put in two prescriptions. No time was taking to explain how they will help or better understand my problem. Doctor spent a total of 3 minutes with me. If that, to be honest. And that’s after paying the expensive specialist copay… I know staff are busy but patients shouldn’t have to advocate for a simple conversation about their concerns.

Unhelpful, felt dismissed and unheard by provider and was spoken down to when merely asking questions about my condition in reference to revered and reviewed scientific literature, and their care/medication advice only had me on various antibiotics (for 3-9 months) and made me break out more. Love the attentive, quick, efficient and compassionate front staff, however.

Highly recommend Dr. Pascal! She is so nice! My yearly check up was a breeze. She makes the visit so pleasant with her great personality. Very punctual as well which is greatly appreciated!
