I am not impressed. I was referred to this practice by my internal medicine doctor. First visit was fine - but subsequent skin checks had me waiting 45+ minutes each - and I do not feel I EVER got a thorough skin check. With my skin history - I should have a thorough exam - and yet - it was very cursory - very light - never felt as if she really LOOKED at me or my skin. I cancelled last appt and went elsewhere - and had a VERY thorough check. Buh bye. No one ever called me to reschedule after I cancelled final appt. Wow.

I had schedule an appointment I wait weeks for it. Unfortunately my usual 30 min drive took 1hour and 20 min. I call to make them aware I will be 15 min late. The receptionist was pretty rude from the start. After dealing with construction, taking time from work and taking my son to the visit because was an early appointment, when I got there at 7:45 the receptionist didn’t even acknowledged me when I say Hi. When I was able to check in she took 5 min to ask me my name and to printout whatever she need it. I literally beg her to hurry up. After pretty much in tears and 12 min later she went to ask the doctor if I can get seen. Of course she say no, and I start crying after dealing with all the crazy morning, the only thing I wanted is to be seen, and the incompetent from desk sloth person didn’t help at all. Never said anything bad, I just was begging to be seen. I left a message and never got back a response, very disappointing. When I went to an appointment earlier I was 15min before and I got seen 1:45 min later. A week later, I receive a letter saying I was being kicked out of the practice for being too much. I have never received that treatment before, event though I like the doctor I would never would like to comeback even if they want to treat me again. People need to be more competent and professional and treat patients with compassion. I have dealt with issues in my face for long time and was very disappointed I was treated that way. I cried in my car all the way home, even my son was comforting me after I got treated with such unpleasant experience with that receptionist. Also, I got an allergic reaction for previous medication prescribed and it wasn’t even acknowledged, they didn’t even care.

My experience with Dr. Aaron has always been exceptional. The office runs smoothly, and I am seeing at my scheduled appointment time. I never feel rushed and my questions are welcomed and answered. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and patient. I have referred many people, and they have always thanked me.

I was referred to Dr. Aarons by my Primary doctor and dreaded going for some suspicious spots on my face. From the moment I got there Dr. Aarons made me feel ok and relaxed. She is an excellent doctor, professional, highly skilled and still able to make you feel safe and that you have known her forever. If you are searching for the best, you have arrived. Although no one wants to see a doctor dreading the diagnosis, she is a joy and a treasure! Thank you Dr. Aarons for all that you do. Her staff is great too.❤️❤️❤️
