The entire office staff was very friendly. My nurse , Natalie , was exceptional. She was friendly and very knowledgeable!! Dr Cook was also very thorough and explained the procedure so I could understand !! Wonderful experience even after leaving with stitches ! (That was expected ,lol). !!

My husband saw Dr Bermudez for basal cell on his nose and had to have the forehead flap procedure done. It’s an extensive process and Dr B and his team couldn’t have been better. He did a fantastic job with the procedure and went above and beyond answering all our questions over the 6 week period. He personally took our calls and text messages so we could make sure we were handling care well between visits, and we always felt very supported. His graciousness and patience made everything much easier for us. His team exemplifies the same. Many thanks to all of you!

Dr Cook has been extremely patient trying to help my husband with his cracked hands and eczema. He goes above and beyond with his time and care. I feel extremely blessed that he is working with us to treat my husband’s condition.

My wife and I both use Atlantic Dermatology. The other day, my wife came home bragging about Dr. Rohena at Atlantic Dermatology. She went for a routine appointment / checkup “having spent too much time in the sun which has affected her skin”. She said Dr. Rohena listened to her and spent time discussing other issues with her regarding proper skin care. Dr. Rohena did not rush her thru the visit and provided her with info to help with the skin issues.

BEWARE!! If you have insurance make sure they file at time of visit. They made me pay full price and then I had to contact my insurance to find out why. The insurance had to send out a check to pay me back. Office staff is terrible, rude and talks over you. So sad that a business can treat their patients this way.
