I’m sorry that above patient was treated in such a way as described. I’ve been Dr White’s patient for at least 10 years and always treated with respect and helped right away. Yesterday he removed two cancerous spots on my arm and the office couldn’t have been more respectful. Dr White is the most caring doctor I’ve ever gone to. It’s too bad such a terrible review was given, not for his actual work, but the response of a receptionist. That’s truly not Dr White’s manner.

Unprofessional Phone Customer Service Experience. I had an incredibly disappointing encounter with a woman at the plastic surgery clinic this morning. Despite calling during their supposed operating hours, she insisted she couldn't answer my questions and abruptly ended the call, claiming I had to wait until 8:45 AM. However, the website clearly states they open at 8 AM, leaving me puzzled by her excuse. Not only was she unhelpful, but her tone was disrespectful, and she seemed completely disinterested in addressing my concerns. If she represents this establishment, it raises serious questions about their professionalism and customer service standards. It's concerning that someone in her position lacks the basic knowledge and courtesy required for effective communication with potential clients. My experience was so negative that I question whether this clinic values its customers at all. In the photo below confirms my statement, and shows even the business itself had confirmed those were the business hours.

I have called and spoke to Kelly about appointments. She is the friendliest person. When I had to cancel one time she wasn't rude and didn't give me any hassle. I would definitely put her in front for checking people out after their spa treatments. Her and Jeannie would be a great team. Thanks for being so nice Kelly

Have been waiting for a revision surgery for the past couple months. Decided to get an explant because of adverse effects from the surgery. Every time I have called to receive information regarding this surgery, I have been left with no response. Not only am I in severe pain but also having labored breathing on one side of my chest, but have not been addressed or recognized. Tried calling the emergency phone with no luck. With this current situation, I do NOT recommend this facility; however, Doctor Church was helpful throughout the original surgery and makes his patients feel very comfortable.

Team Dr. Church is amazing in every way, from pre-op appointment to the post-op appointments. They are there for you every step of the way. I am very happy with my experience with Wilmington plastic surgery.
