Very clean waiting area and exam rooms. My appointment was at 9:15, I arrived with my paperwork completed at 9:00 and was called to the exam room at 9:15. Amazing how that works! Everyone complaining about wait times, just stop. It’s the medical field and I’m sure you have made providers run late before. Anyway, Bradley Alsip, PA-C was amazing. He listened to understand, not just for the sake of listening and he didn’t get annoyed with my questions. I was out of the office by 9:30. Thank you Brad! I do recommend the staff wearing name tags, the lady at the check in desk and the lady who took me to the exam room, weren’t wearing a name tag nor did they introduce themselves therefore I can’t give them kudos (or concerns!). Also, patient portal needs to be updated. I had an issue signing up for it and it should not require Firefox.

Excellent service and staff. Office is conveniently located with plenty of parking. Dr. Edwards is the best of the best. She takes her time to fully understand your concerns and treats you with professionalism and compassion. 10/10 practice.

Always great. My family have been patients of Dr. Edwards for many years and she is an absolute joy as a physician. She looks after her patients as people and is always careful and kind.

I got what I wanted - a quick look at some red spots and an Rx, all covered by insurance. However... some clerical staff could use professional conduct training. The admission staff member wasn't interested in researching whether their pathology lab associates are in my insurance network. I'm 100% sure somebody in the office knows the answer to that. She just didn't want to bother. I saw a PA, which I'm fine with. However, he did not need an assistant to hang around for extra charges. They charged CPT code 99203, which is a new patient 30-44 minute visit. I'd be shocked if I was in the exam room for more than 5 minutes, including my wait time in the room. There are some annoying redundancies on the intake forms, e.g. writing out your insurance info when they already have it, it asking for your social security number in two places when they don't need it and patients are not legally required to provide it.

Awful. Been going here for years and it’s had a steady decline. Doctors pass you around the office to be seen so it’s very unlikely you will be able to establish good care. Rx refills are never written correctly- be sure to check 30/90 day supply multiple times bc the nurses will not call you back. Office charges higher than other physicians in the area, therefore insurance companies wont pay much for the same care. not to mention that NO doctor there will ever review your previous chart- you will need to repeat yourself over and over before they rush you out of the office.
