Jennifer provides such a welcoming space and is so knowledgeable! A few weeks back I came into the office for the first time to get forehead injections to help with a few things. Jennifer explained how it all worked, the cost options, and was very kind and patient when I asked questions to further understand. I don’t know why anyone would go elsewhere.

I am so disappointed in the communication of this team. I think they have done a great job of building a brand on social media and the lead injector/owner is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the great communication and branding did not extend to Wilmington customers when the credit card machine apparently stopped working January 2023 until October 2023. I emailed over the weekend asking about charges after I had to cancel an appointment due to illness. The team member didn’t mention the credit card issues when I cancelled my appointment but did remind me of the cancellation fee! All charges for 2023, dating back to March for me were authorized but the business did not clear or reconcile their credit machine. I received a text today, six days after the charges hit my account. I don’t care how great the people who work in this office might be, this is not how you run a business or keep clients.

Love this place!!! First of all, the office is so cute and inviting. I saw Jennifer a few weeks ago for my first round of lip filler ever—we started out with 1/2 syringe and it turned out amazing! I loved it so much I went back to Erica today for another 1/2 syringe. I am already so, so happy with the results. Both of these ladies are the bomb. They took the time to listen and understand what I wanted and gave their honest opinions about how we would achieve optimal results. They also explained what to expect during and after. Can’t wait to come back!!

I can’t recommend Jennifer and her entire team enough. Before they landed an office in Wilmington I would drive over 2 hours to get treatments by them. They stay up to date on all the tricks of the trade to make sure you look and feel your best. Jennifer never ever goes overboard and truly respects your budget at every visit. I’m a happier person bc of her special touch! I always get compliments of my youthful skin and it’s all bc of HOA.

After months of reviewing them on Instagram I decided to do something for myself. The environment is beautiful and inviting. Jen made me feel very comfortable and is so honest on her thoughts about what I needed to do since this was my first time getting botox; painless procedure and can’t wait for results! Will be going back in 3 months for additional botox treatment.
