I was in yesterday to see Dr. Henry. She is wonderful and very thorough. Megan was great, friendly and professional. I arrived early and was called in on-time for my appointment and was out in less than a hour. Thank you. Sincerely Maureen.

Apex Skin -The Best Cuts of Dermatology. Like long wait times? Then this is the place for you! I've had around 7 appointments here since my lifelong dermatologist retired. I've consistently had to wait 45 mins to an hour before being seen by the doctor. This place has no regard for your time whatsoever. I even saw a poor little old lady in the main lobby had been there over an hour before even going to the next waiting room, where you'll sit another 20-30 minutes while you hear the all the staff chit chatting in the hallway. When I told the doctor that it was rude to expect your patients to wait an hour after their scheduled appointment, instead of apologizing she argued with me that it hadn't been an hour...It most certainly was. An hour and 3 minutes to be exact. My final visit was a pointless 3 minute follow up that I had to wait an hour for. They are charging $170 for it, $3,400 an hour....disgusting. I'm never going back to this unprofessional, overpriced, incompetent practice. I was not impressed by their knowledge or care to say the least.

Dr Henry was great. The nurse was supposed to fax a blood test order to UH but something happened. The tech at UH called the office to have it faxed and was kept on hold for close to 10 minutes. She finally hung up. I stopped at the office and no one seemed to know anything about this blood order. Finally they found it. The girls at the front desk are the first impression for patients of your practice. I was not impressed.

Everyone has been so nice and helpful to my mother. The skin treatments are helping my mother’s skin. They have also reached out to us about a study program that she is planning on joining. We are hopeful that her skin will keep improving. We highly recommend Apex Skin!

This was my first visit. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Henry made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my procedure. Looking forward to my next appointment.
