RADIANT DIVINE MEDICAL SPA

I was extremely disappointed with my visit today. I scheduled a facial and left without receiving one. When requesting an appointment online, I requested a facial. Upon booking, I booked a facial with a prior consultation to see what facial would be best for my current skin. I even confirmed after I made the appointment that I was scheduled for a facial not just a consultation. I had a giftcard that I was excited to use on a facial. When being put in the room the girl asked if I was doing a consultation or also a treatment, I told her a treatment since my appointment was for a facial. After the another woman went over all the products she recommended I purchase, I asked what facial or service she would recommend for today, AGAIN when making my appointment, I made the appointment for a facial. I was told that that a facial could be done about 2 weeks after using the recommended products. I was extremely confused why we were not talking about recommended facial options for today since that is what I asked for. So basically my appointment today was that I was not allowed to do a facial here unless I purchased hundreds of dollars worth of their product to use first.

I have visited Radiant Divine Medical Spa at a few of their locations and I've always been extremely pleased! My last couple of visits were at the Brecksville location. Everyone there is super friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming! Makenzie is absolutely amazing!!! Wishing everyone the best, Geologist Jeff

I truly enjoyed my visit to Radiant Divine in Avon. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is calm and inviting & very clean. Tara took care of me and she is awesome!!!I will definitely be going back!!!

Makenzie and the staff at Radiant Divine are incredible! Makenzie is very knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. She is skilled, honest and not pushy. She has help to transform my skin. The girls in the office are amazing and they run great promotions and specials! Go see them, you won’t be disappointed.

Makenzie is the absolute best! She would never steer me in the wrong direction and I trust her and her opinion. She makes you feel so comfortable and never pressures you into anything you weren’t 100% sure about. I let her guide me in the right direction, and I never regret it!
