Beware when you call Maddie who answered the phone was very rude and talked to me like I was a child. She acted like I had no idea how insurance works. Frustrating to say the least not going to take my daughter to a place that can’t even treat someone with respect on the phone. Check you staff Dr and make sure they are friendly and don’t treat others nasty.

I’ve done a lot of research to find a nice place that offers exceptional care. I needed two impacted wisdom teeth removed. The staff here we’re very nice. I believe they went above to make me feel like a valued patient. Their treatment toward me was very professional. I was nervous to be put under anesthesia, but they were reassuring me every step of the way. It was so good I can’t remember anything. I’d recommend this office to anyone looking for quality work and customer focused staff.

I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. From scheduling my appointment to the appointment itself I am extremely happy at how smooth the whole process was. They are taking every precaution to protect against the spread of covid-19, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you Dr. Monto and staff!

My dentist referred me to DR. Monto to have 4 wisdom teeth removed that were caught up in my nerves pretty bad. I was very nervous to be in a deep sedation but DR monto and his team reassured me that all was going to be just fine. What seemed like 5 minutes of being "asleep" I was awake and in recovery with the nurses and DR Monto checking in on me. His team, the office and Dr Monto we're very much professional and even checked on my the day after as I had several question, they took their time to answer every single one too! I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Miremadi and the Center for Facial and Oral Surgery. Circumstances had left me with multiple missing teeth on one side of my mouth. I consulted with multiple oral surgeons, including the dental school at Ohio State. Because of some anatomic issues, they all said that I was not a candidate for dental implants and that they were unable to help me. Dr. Miremadi was the only one who was willing to try. He was very upfront with me that it would not be easy. It was not easy, and there were setbacks, but he did not give up and kept me informed every step of the process. The entire process took two years, but because of his hard work and dedication, I will be able to chew on both sides of my mouth for the first time in a very long time, improving my quality of life. The entire staff is top notch. They are all very friendly and professional. I cannot thank all of them enough for their care and dedication. I would highly recommend the Center for Facial and Oral Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery.
