The atmosphere is welcoming and professional. The staff is very friendly and engaging. The clinic itself is clean and well maintained which is the most important thing! During my consultation, they ask questions and listen to my concerns . They provide thorough explanations to make sure I felt informed and comfortable with my choices. They always ask if there were any issues after previous visits, which I appreciate. They make recommendations on new or different procedures but I never feel pressured to spend more money or do more than I’m comfortable with. That makes me trust them even more. Their expertise is evident, and I appreciated the personalized approach.

The entire FF team is phenomenal! They’re pleasant and attentive. NP Shkurte listened to my concerns and made me feel genuinely cared for. I never felt rushed during my appointment. Highly recommend this practice.
