I went in today for lip filler, I was a little nervous since I had never previously had filler before. As soon as I walked in, the front desk ladies were very nice and I was immediately walked back into their room for my appointment and began the numbing process. I was greeted by another staff member (didn't catch her name) who was very nice and informative on what types of filler they offer and helped calm me down beforehand. I was able to watch the way she prepared everything and was impressed by the cleanliness. I was serviced by Robin, who was very nice and straight forward with what fillers would work best for me. I was able to voice what I was looking for in my lips before she had started, she was very informative about the fillers, what she was doing, and the aftercare needed. I really enjoyed my experience, and I am only a few hours post injections, but I can tell she did an awesome job and I love the way my lips turned out! We scheduled out two weeks just to check on how the filler sits and see if anything needs adjusted which is awesome that they care so much about their work. I would definitely reccomend Robin!

Edit: A manager called me and offered to make things right. She was very nice and offered me other solutions so that I would be satisfied. I appreciate good customer service like this. The workers are very nice and very professional. I've never had any issue with any of them. My biggest complaint is that I paid several hundred dollars for lip filler, and it dissolved immediately. I even got the top of the line brand. My lips stayed full for about a month, and then went back to normal. I am very disappointed that I paid all of that money just to have my filler dissolve that quick. I'm not sure what's actually in the syringes, but it's definitely not worth it. The same thing has happened with my botox. I've received botox here a couple of times and it always dissolves very fast. Will not be returning.

I’ve visited this location twice and unfortunately would not recommend them. I had lip filler done for my 1st appointment which had to be fixed by my dermatologist. He said it was clear my filler had been done by an inexperienced injector. You would have thought I learned my lesson, but I didn’t. Second time around, I only wanted Botox. I figured they couldn’t screw it up if I was specific about what I wanted and stuck with basic areas… I was wrong. Half of my face is droopy and extremely uncomfortable. It’s so upsetting. The staff is nice and they always have openings week of but don’t risk it. It’s not worth it to save a few extra bucks.

I do not recommend getting smart lipo here. I had it done two years ago and still regret going here. It took me forever to save and spent thousands. The procedure was alot more invasive than expected. I wasn’t given enough pain meds and started involuntary crying from the pain during the procedure . Horrible experience. I didn’t realize my scars would be so visible. I told them soon after they didn’t take enough out of my stomach. They said it would go down. It did not. So they offered another procedure option which ment me spending more money. I said no. I said I would do my flanks also which I thought ment all the sides/hips. He didn’t even go all the way down to my hip bone. So it looks weird. I asked for some of my money back since I was not happy and they said no. The place in Dayton where they did it was also shady looking and old. Go elsewhere save your money.

Robin is funny, personable, and knows how to do her job. She utilizes her personal experience and expertise to apply it to her work and I feel comforted and beautiful every time I leave!
