Mary Rutan Plastic Surgery

The care at this location is excellent! They made sure i was comfortable in every way. Dr. Avila did a beautiful job with mThe staff was very helpful as well.

I would give Dr. Avila a 5 Star rating BUT I Give Mary Rutan Hospital a 1 Star. They do NOT have the keep the equipment in stock that they need to run a plastic surgery business. They are understaffed on 4West where I was just overnight. It took me approximately 5 hours to be discharged after the doctor released me. They only had 1 RN on duty. Someone started having chest pains, so they came and got the RN to go to the problem. This happened twice with the same room ( 5 ), before they got a Doctor to send the patient to have a stress test according to the nurse. The whole experience with MRH was a less than good experience.

She is knowledgeable on her area. Respectful and show care and concern. She is open to any questions and takes her time explaining what is going to happened before and after the surgery . I recommend the doctor to any one planning to do breast reduction as well her nurse.

The nicest Dr I've ever met! And the staff is very friendly too! Clean beautiful place.
