After confirming over the phone that insurance would be accepted (Gave exact plan information) was rudely informed by the nasty receptionist that they wouldnt take it. Wouldnt recommend to anyone unless you want to get talked to like you're trash. Dont waste your time trying to confirm beforehand either. Update: Laughable response you left. For being dedicated to delivering friendly & professional service you sure dropped the ball . Information your staff gave over the was phone 100% incorrect, as the answer completely changed once arriving for the appointment at your Bellefontaine office. It would help to teach your staff how to properly communicate & treat people with respect. Our family physician who referred us was embarrassed and apologized for ever referring this location. There is no trust placed in your team with the highly unprofessional & rude receptionist you have. Online reviews seemed good & this was completely unexpected but it happened. I'm sure you as the owner expect respect on a daily basis, id assume the same for the customers. Too bad that wasn't the case. Thanks for the generic response as expected! Sincerely, Austin

I have been impressed with every appointment over the past 2 years! I have received excellent care from both Dr. Conroy and Nancy Rozzo. The office is clean, professional and welcoming, just like the staff! I recommend them to anyone who asks about my skin!

My experience at OhioDERM Bellefontaine last year was so horrible, nearly malpractice, that I was traumatized and unable to go into a medical office for months. I still have nightmares from the unprofessional and horrifying experience. I make sure to tell anyone I know to avoid the business at all costs. I have never had such an unprofessional and frighteningly uncaring medical experience.
