Kati is a literal TIME MACHINE. I had, a few years earlier, spent a LOT of money on a Botox session and wrote it off as a scam, as it had no results whatsoever (and I took pictures, so I am certain). She convinced me to give it one more try, and I am a convert forever! Just working only from the eyebrows up she easily took ten years off. Even now, five months later, it still looks amazing. In addition, she and everyone else in the office are so kind and knowledgeable (and patient with newbies like me). If you are on the fence, go see Kati. She was also very realistic about what was possible and what would be needed to achieve what result. She listened to my budget and explained how to get the best "bang for my buck." Amazing!

I could not recommend Hope Merz enough! She worked with me on Co2 laser resurfacing treatments to help reduce the appearance of a scar that I wasn’t a huge fan of and I could not be happier with the results. She was super informative and very professional and kind. The whole staff here is extremely welcoming. 10/10!

I had a great experience at Advanced cosmetic surgery and laser center in Cincinnati, specifically with Karen who does injections. I’ve been getting Botox for over 15 years and I finally found my person! She is incredibly knowledgeable on the different muscles in the face and placement of the Botox. No droopy brows, no bruising. She understands and listens to what I wanted out of my treatment. I truly felt she cares about what’s best for me and what would give me the best outcome.
