The care that I received from the Hyde Park office was top notch! I am typically at the Mason office but transferred over to the Hyde Park location, and had never met Dr. Russo and her team. I must rate them five star! U had a lot of old issues, as well as new skin problems, to discuss. Her assistant, Bryce, had tremendous patients with my lengthy list of concerns. All of them were addressed, and I felt very positive and “heard” overall, upon leaving Dr. Russo and her team.

Dr. Bary is an exceptional doctor. Most of my experiences with the staff is positive. The biggest issue with the practice is they always run behind by a significant amount of time, and it happens most of my visits. I have been there often in the last 7-8 months, approximately 6 times, and only once we're they on time. And the time past my appointment is usually 25 to 30 minutes minimum. My time is valuable also, so it's frustrating to wait for so long.

I had a great experience overall 10/10. Very prompt and efficient. Loved Dr Russo- she answered all my questions and even took care of some quick issues in the office that same day. She has very good bedside manner as well as her assistant.

Checked in before appointment time. Taken back to an exam room by M.A. 10 minutes after the appointment time. Seen immediately by Dr. Russo. She was thorough, personable, and allowed adequate time for questions to make sure of my understanding. Great experience! The M.A., Erin was super sweet and thorough, too! Recommend highly.

My most recent appointment was a routine check. My check-in was quick. I was seen by the doctor promptly. She answered several questions that I had to my satisfaction after a thorough examination for any spots that might have needed attention. Setting my next appointment was also a quick process for a day and time of my choice. I also know that if I should have any concerns before my next scheduled appointment, that I would be taken care of. I have been a patient of The Dermatology Group for 3 years and have needed several spots removed (one involved further plastic surgery). All those appointments and procedures have been handled professionally, with care and concern and the outcomes have been successful. I feel confident that I am in good hands with The Dermatology Group. Thank you all!
