The Plastic Surgery Group

Do not recommend Morpheus8 treatment from the Plastic Surgery Group. My wife had three treatments (1 each month) to treat the acne scars on her face. She was promised the scars would be very shallow marks after treatment. Basically that the scars would all but disappear. She did the first month treatment with no visible results. Second month, she notices new marking on her face that were not there before. Third treatment and barely anything noticeable at all. The only thing that really change was new markings on the face and her cute little chipmunk cheeks have not sunken in and tightened to her face (something she did not ask for and definitively did not want). She called and made follow appointments. They told her to wait a few more month to see the results and floated the idea of receiving two more free treatments and there were no improvement. A couple of months later, still no result. They sent her to a "skin specialist" within the company who tried to downplay expectations. Stating she was expecting too much. No were were told by The plastic Surgery Group exactly what to expect and they did not deliver. Additionally, the only results that are noticeable are negative results (new marks on skin and losing little chipmunk cheeks). She ended up selling my wife a skin cream that was supposed to help improve appearance for $300 and to follow up to see what else can be done. Of course it did nothing. My wife has called a few times now and they basically do not respond anymore. We have had appointments with other Morpheus8 specialists outside of the company and they all have said the same thing. My wife's results (or lack thereof) were a combination of poor technique (being to rough on the skin) and using the wrong size needles. The Plastic Surgery Group has done nothing to remedy the situation. Basically out over $4,000 and the results were terrible. Will post before and after pictures if they try to deny this happened with their replies.

Okay where to begin - I’m giving a 2 star because Dr.Hummel is very sweet BUT my sister and I both did a sister boob job, they had us try on bras… other plastic surgery groups has the capabilities to show you what it would look like per different size(s). It was hard to figure out what size to go with. We both are not happy with our implant sizes WHICH brings me to my 2nd reasoning. They We’re supposed to use two different sizes on myself, and for whatever reason forgot and now I am stuck with two different size boobs, which is why I wanted the boob job to - correct my two different sized breast. I brought it to their attention and they told me that I could come back in the office and get cut back open without anesthesia.. But by this time, I’m all the way back in Knoxville, Tennessee, and trying to coordinate was very difficult. I would recommend going somewhere that has the capability in technology to show you different sizes upfront. That way you know what you’re getting and you get exactly what you want because now I have to pay for another procedure at this point.

I had a breast reduction with Dr. Wilson and it was the best decision I ever made! He is amazing and did such a great job! I recommend him a hundred times over! Changed my life ! Thank you so much Dr. Wilson!!!!

Doctor Ryan Wilson and his staff, at the Plastic Surgery Group, are amazing!! I’ve had a couple of procedures with them and am extremely happy with my results!! I refer anyone that mentions they are considering plastic surgery! Highly recommended! Dr Wilson is very pleasant and explains everything in detail and his staff is very kind and helpful! I was so pleased with my results and experiences that I paid for another family member to have a procedure done! ☺️
