This was my 3rd annual visit and my last. They charge your credit card as soon as you arrive. I was given an iPad to complete my check in. The first thing it wanted was my credit card after it was already swiped. I waited for someone to be available at the front desk to ask how to bypass the credit card info, she said it was a new policy to keep it on file. I expressed concern regarding all the data hacks we have all been hearing about on the news. She said "OK, we will just cancel your appointment then." And she did! I checked my credit card when I got home, no transaction on my card. Checked again today and it did appear on my card for $50! I will call to deny the charge today. I find it hard to believe they have PCI Compliance with policies like this!

They invoice you through your email with out you being aware of it. Then they don't give you the opportunity to bay your bill. They just charge you after 30 days. Better make sure it's a credit card not a debit card.

This is an excellent practice. Dr Pickup is very knowledgeable and personable, she takes time to address all your concerns. I have no issue scheduling with any of the physician assistants as they are also wonderful and top notch. Even though this is an extremely busy practice, you feel well taken care of by all the staff who remain professional and friendly from the moment you walk in to when you're checking out. Highly recommend!

Just had my first dermatology appointment in years. I have been shopping for new Docs and I turned away from others because they wouldn’t be open about pricing. This place does, no surprises. Everybody was as professional as they were kind. Ariana could not have been more thorough and pleasant.

I have been a patient of Dr Pickup since she began her practice. She is so knowledgeable & personable & has been a tremendous asset to my skin issues. I would never go anywhere else. Dr Pickup is extremely thorough, caring & always goes the extra mile in her care of me & her patients. I have referred several people to her over the years as she is the very best. My husband also is a patient at her office. Dr Pickup is an excellent physician & human. I highly recommend Dr Pickup
