Terrible experiences! A few years ago, called and scheduled an appointment for my daughter. Gave her birthdate and was booked by phone. Arrived to the appointment only to be turned away because she was under 3. This week, I booked an appointment for my son and was sent a confirmation email. After taking off work and school, arrived to the appointment only to be told we scheduled the appointment wrongly. They said they called and left a voicemail but I did not receive any messages nor email. Again was turned away. Worst costumer service!

Other than the receptionist and the medical assistant that came in the room first I felt everyone else was pretty unprofessional and had a horrible bedside manner

I had my first appointment today to have a full body scan and dry skin/rosacea assessment. Bria and Eva, her medical assistant, were great: very respectful, time efficient, and supportive and solution oriented. Would definitely recommend!

Bria did a fantastic job making me feel comfortable at my first ever cosmetic dermatology appointment. Not only was she super professional, but compassionate in her work. She thoroughly went over every detail and answered any question with great knowledge. I am so in love with my services, and I am more confident than I have ever felt. I highly recommend to any woman or man considering booking.

Bria & her team were freaking awesome! Went in to get a mole checked & Bria removed it quickly. I was completely comfortable & felt literally nothing. Her team was amazing! Thank y’all!
