I will start by saying I really do not like to leave a poor review, but after trying to rectify the situation several times, I feel I need to share as a PSA for others; Buyer-beware! I paid $800 for IPL. I went in the first time for the laser treatment on my face. I knew upon leaving that the treatment was ineffective because I had the treatment on my chest a year prior and left that business with a slight sun-burn. With Rejuve, I was not even pink. I called a few days later and was told the machine was not performing well, they have adjusted the intensity and that I should come back once again, which I did. Granted, this means leaving work again, taking time off and driving a distance. It also means no evening activities that would require make-up so there are additional booking considerations with this procedure. What do you know after my SECOND TRIP and procedure, the exact same thing! I emailed Allison again. She acknowledged their machine STILL wasn't working properly, again said it was getting fixed, and could I come back and TRY AGAIN! I shared that I was frustrated and I had shared my goal to have these treatments completed by a specific date which was not going to happen now. I was told that is all she could do. When I called for a refund the receptionist said "You are giving up on us?". I explained my disappointment in a professional manner, to which she replied. ""It sounds like you just don't want to be satisfied"! WOW! I cannot imagine saying that to a customer. The lack of concern for their clients and the unprofessional replies have confirmed my decision to NEVER go back again.

Allison performed my IPL photofacial and did an awesome job! She explained exactly what was going on throughout the entire process and made me feel very comfortable during the procedure itself. It will take a few weeks to see my final results but so far I’m very happy with my results at Rejuve! 10/10 would recommend.

If you want an honest Dr to give you Botox...Don't go here! This guy robbed me. ! Thats how i feel & is what he did. I can back up every thing i claim too. At first i thought maybe the botox use was just a bad batch, but after going back 3 times, & the last time he tried to charge me when my face was still obviously looking untreated! He was so worried about his money , what about mine? 600.00 & i got a headache, stress, wasted gas & time on top of paying for a service with minimal to no results. Instead of realizing the first treatment didn't work..and was a bust. He treated me like i was in for a touch up & didnt inject me with enough to make a difference. I had to keep emailing them with pictures , go back in 3 times & still no where near where i should be . 8-5-20 i supposedly got 55 units . second time have no idea how many he never told me, 3rd time he supposedly gave me 25units. As u can see my pictures the results. He should have said ok obviously the first treatment was a bust & retreat me with the full amount. Instead he kept giving me little bits so it never got the job done! I will say the last visit helped my 11's area a tiny bit! But my face as as a whole looks untreated! Its just sad. There's more details to explain but can't here. 3rd visit he talked down to me saying my forehead looks good & I wouldn't want to look frozen right! Then gave me bs about if i want my crows feet area good id need to do those every few weeks cuz they can't absorb to much botox at once. That's why they look bad! 😂 Maybe if i was 70! I have no reason to lie. So within a month ive had supposedly at least 80 units and my face should be for real frozen right!!! 🤷🏻I'm not made of money and now i have to save my $ again to go somewhere better! Oh & he's the Owner so he has no one to answer too! im just frustrated and angry at this point! Ps. His staff are amazing and sweet professional! Plus having to put my business out here like this is actually pretty embarrassing. Who wants to do this ? Not me!

I have never left a negative review but let me start by saying I was given a different neurotoxin when I asked specifically for Botox initially. That neurotoxin caused light touch surface pain in injection areas for 4 ish days. Okay, it can happen. When the neurotoxin took effect my right brow had been dropped. Injection placement 💯. Plus my 11’s were not frozen and crows feet same as previous to injection. Ive been getting Botox for 23 years at least 3 times a year. My plastic surgeon who injected me for 20 of those years retired a couple of years ago, so the last 3 years Ive been looking for a replacement. I chose Rejuve as they are within walking distance of my house. So I go back two weeks later to get retouched and Bruder just injected me below my eyebrow which is a first and Im petrified he just gave me the caveman droop. He retouched 11’s and crows too. 20 unit retouch on a 55 unit initial treatment. Upon exiting, after he attempted to correct the droop and provide the 11 freeze I asked for initially, I was asked to pay. Thats a first. While Dr Columbus retired from Plastic Surgery group did 90% of my injections over the years, I have been to at least 3 other MDs and 3 nurse practitioners and had maybe 10 retouches over a 23 year period. NEVER have I been asked to pay. Never have I had a brow droop. I expressed all of this firmly but with dignity and respect and was told that it was “bad vibes” and I would not need to pay for the brow droop correction and retouches. Incidentally, the attendant who showed me to my room indicated Botox was drawn up but Bruder referred to Dysport. Im still not sure what was injected today and am considering how to deal with the initial med error. Every. Every other time Ive gotten neurotoxin injections a separate single use consent is signed by me with the exact medication clearly named. At Rejuve you sign a general waiver. Unusual. Im very hopeful that the below brow injection I just received fixes the droop initially caused. I am very worried, however. Only time will tell. Previously I got IPL with excellent results so I was hopeful to find a close place to get Botox on my lunch break as a busy professional.

I had the Ultherapy for $1800. Total waste of my money. There was no change at all to my skin. They told me it may take 2 or more treatments to work. For that cost I can have surgery. I received botox and was terribly bruised. I don't have any plans of returning.
