Downtown Dermatology located in the City of Columbus is a top notch place for all your skin care needs. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Hicks-Graham for a long time. Dr. Graham is a very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring physician. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and address each one of them with care. She has many patience, but her concerns for your situation makes you feel like you are her only patient. Unlike other medical offices, as a patient of Dr. Graham, you are not place on time restraints, but rather you are given the time to address your aliments, so upon leaving you are in a state of comfort and relief. Dr. Graham has a incredible staff working along side her. Whether in person or communicating through Klara, they are very responsive and attentive to your needs. The staff has a family feel to them and they make you feel like family too. You will get to know Abbie, Morgan and Rachel just to name a few, whose attention to your needs never go unaddressed nor your questions unanswered. They have two offices across from one another that are very spacious and comfortable and their musical playlist is awesome! Done after the second visit First time : the experience was decent, I got to talk about my needs. But was prescribed the wrong type of the needed medication, took a century to get a hold of them to get it correct. That was fun. Second time : just came to get 40 mins of my life wasted. Pretty annoying especially when this was scheduled 3 months out. No service; just sat there.

They have been super helpful with some new skin issues that have shown up for me; HOWEVER they are IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with. Unfortunately I think I am leaving them. Great derms who listen, but making appointments take multiple days/ phone calls.

Dr. Jana is the best ever! So caring and compassionate. She absolutely loves her job and her patients! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!!!!

Amazing practice! Dr. Hicks-Graham and her entire team are consummate professionals with incredible bedside manner. She provides a full spectrum of services and I have been a patient here for years. Recently, I relocated to the east coast and I still fly in for appointments! It is difficult to replicate the results this practice provides. First class practice both medical and cosmetic.
