Apex Skin Cuyahoga Falls

First time patient and so far so good! The staff was very welcoming . All my questions and concerns were taken seriously and answered to the best of everyone’s ability. I’m not sure what the future may bring with my skin health wise, but I definitely feel like I’m in great hands. Also the wait time was perfect ! I was in and out in 15 minutes. LOVE THAT . Looking forward to my next appointment.

I was a first time visitor today. They were so kind and thorough. I totally wasn't prepared for the appointment but she made me feel at ease and totally comfortable. Such an awesome, clean, cute place! My GPS did tell me it was on the wrong side of the road but luckily I saw the APEX sign!

This office & the staff were wonderful, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Alexis for your kindness and making me feel at ease. Thank you Dr. Durham for your expertise and explaining the procedure along the way. I know there is other staff that I did not mention but really you all were terrific at making me feel comfortable with a procedure I was nervous and anxious about.

I had an excellent experience at Apex Skin! The staff was professional and welcoming, and the dermatologist was attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. They took the time to explain my treatment plan clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.

I’ve been for one appointment. I had a referral for awhile & when I finally called they got me in next day. They were very friendly, informative, & respectful. They sent my prescription to a specialty pharmacy to save me money without me even asking! As someone with anxiety about any type of appointment, they put me at complete ease. They scheduled my follow up appointments immediately so no chance I’ll forget to call for months again. I’m happy to have been referred!
