Everyone was so welcoming and professional! Each one of the ladies took time to explain the various options as well as make recommendations. As someone who regularly gets injections at another spa, it was refreshing to have the options explained to me rather than simply provide the treatment that I've been receiving regularly. They made me feel like they were truly there to help vs just provide me with the treatment that I had requested and send me on my way. I will absolutely be back!

Just had my second appointment here! They are attentive, kind and welcoming! From my consult with Nina to The nurse Tracy I am more than pleased. I’m very picky with who touches my face😅 Love my lips 💋. Oh and did I mention they have great deals and rewards? I will definitely be back.

I showed up for an appointment last week and was told i needed a medical clearance. I requested medical clearance from my physician same day, who has not responded. I waited four business days for a response due to the holidays. The physician has not responded. I called to request a refund and was told i need a letter from my physician either to approve or deny the treatment. I said how can i can a letter from them if they won’t respond? I was advised i needed was outside if the 72 hour window which i was not advised when i was there and told they needed the medical release or i works have requested a refund immediately. I paid $1,200. for a service which i did NOT receive and am not able to receive. I just want my money back and not a hard time due to your company requiring a medical release which i am not able to obtain! It was upsetting enough to not be able to obtain the services and now i’m being given a hard time about a refund! This is NOT an acceptable way to treat people! Update: I agreed to allow ideal image to contact my physician to see if they could get an approval or denial. My favorite physician did not contact them either after giving them another 3 business days. I was advised I would receive my refund within 7 days or less pending my bank of course. Thank you for resolving my issue. I don’t think it should have come to this to get a refund however, I am happy we have resolved the issue.

Such a wonderful experience for my first time Botox. I used their Black Friday deal special, and being a first timer was given a Botox coupon with seven free units. Tracy was wonderful!!! I’m very pleased with my results, and now understand why people keep it in their routine. My skin feels brighter, and I genuinely feel better about myself when I look in the mirror. I’m sold! I will be seeing them on a regular basis :)
