Always enjoy my quarterly Dysport injections with Alicia. It’s a quick appointment each time but I always feel welcomed and valued. I haven’t branched out to try any other treatments yet, but appreciate the tailored suggestions I receive from time to time that would enhance my current treatments. Alicia is great about offering suggestions without pressure, so I know when the time is right I will try one of the additional treatments she recommends!

After moving to Columbus, I tried a few different aesthetic places and I was not completely impressed. When I came to BSA I got Botox by Alicia and the appointment was great and I felt very comfortable. That was a few years ago and I’ve had many other services with her and the team since, including the weight loss program after back to back babies, which has given me better results than I ever expected.
