I have had 2 procedures done at Fierce, Lip Filler and an aggressive Helix CO2 treatment. From the second I walked in the door I felt like I was with a group of friends. It’s a very relaxed, but professional environment, and the girls do everything possible to make sure you are comfortable throughout your whole experience.

Sarah and her friendly staff create an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and confident. Sarah is like an artist and your face is a canvas. She looks at you and knows exactly what you need to look and feel your best. Sarah put a plan together for me, and my skin has never felt or looked better! Whether it was micro needling, a laser treatment, or skin care, Sarah worked with me to help me feel more confident and beautiful in my own skin! I cannot recommend Sarah and Fierce Aesthetics MedSpa enough to everyone I know!

I’ve been a client of Sarah’s for years! I have been fortunate to watch her grow. She is one of my most favorite people, She REALLY wants to make women feel good about themselves, she’s passionate about it. She has literally quadrupled her services with the amazing, innovative, new machines she’s getting for us! The staff is incredible, always making you feel welcome and taken care of. I have probably reached out to Fierce 3 or 4 times over the past 2yrs with questions about services I would see and had interest in, but never followed through due to other responsibilities. Well a month ago I sat with Sarah for a consultation and spoke to her about a lot of the health benefits that would come with my treatments, so I booked. My first appointment came and while I was standing there my “mom guilt” got the best of me and I ended up in tears and almost left because I felt so selfish spending money on myself. The girls at fierce were so comforting and understanding and made me realize that it was ok and actually very important to take care of myself as well. Now 3 weeks later I feel amazing, and every time I walk in for my appointment I can’t help but feel like I belong there! The wonderful women there do not make you feel like just a client! They go above and beyond to show you that you matter and treat you like a part of their family! They explain what they are doing and why! I not only feel so much better and I have gained so much knowledge to better take care of my skin and body! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fierce!!
