Gray Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery

I think Dr Gray spent adequate time looking at my skin for a full body exam. He treated a few spots by freezing them. He answered my questions about the areas on my skin that concern me. The only negative is totally on me. I have “post covid skeptic syndrome.” I am anti vax and I think masks are full of bacteria and filthy. He had on a cloth mask but I could see his nose and mouth. I was blunt and asked why he had a mask on. He said because there are a lot of sick people right now. He touched the mask several times trying to put it over his mouth and then was touching my face for the exam. Yuck. Again, I am aware this is my personal phobia.

Over four years ago I arrived at Dr. Gray's office with an extreme case of eczema. This horrible, embarrassing skin condition had plagued me my entire life. I'm 73. Within one week I began to see improvement. Within two weeks the medication and treatment I received resulted in completely clear, comfortable skin. This is what happens when you induce patients to give you high ratings online: Dishonest and inflated numbers. As another patient said here, the first initial appointment with Lisa was very brief. They were also misleading on what was covered and what isn't. Dr. Gray himself frankly wasn't interested in helping me whatsoever with the conditions I had. It's amazing how he got his degree. He was in the room at a much shorter duration than Lisa. I would recommend anyone else in Lima. No one is perfect, but these people are creeps.

I was a new patient and could not have felt more welcome. Lisa did a full body check and gave me piece of mind on some spots i had. She also took time to discuss my alopecia and told me about a new med now available.

I think Lisa was in the room less than 3 minutes. Too me that doesn't seem like I got a good enough evaluation. She never felt my head and I didn't think she scanned my body nearly as good as she should have. Other dermatologists that I have seen did a much more thorough evaluation.
