Had tox and some filler done. Pricing model is such that you pay per area and have to go for a follow-up if additional product is needed. This allows for the salon to use minimal units and earn earn more but is inconvenient for the customer. I experienced significant bruising and soreness at the injection sites which is something I’d never experienced before from other (physician) injectors. My follow-up appointment was moved without the salon calling me to reschedule. I received an email informing me of a future reschedule date that conflicted with my schedule. Never had an office randomly reschedule an appointment without consulting with me first. Not impressed. I won’t be returning.

I had been considering permanent makeup for years, and I decided to book a consult with Beth Downs to get my eyeliner, so I don't look so 'tired' when I am running late. 5 minutes into the free consult, I was in the chair making the best decision and getting my eyeliner by Beth! She is hilarious and knowledgeable and makes sure you are comfortable with the process. Fast forward to the next week I went in for a consult for my brows --- again I ended up same day getting in the chair and LOVING the results. Once again, Beth made me feel so comfortable and did a GREAT job explaining the results. The healing process was spelled out so well - the process was so smooth and I loved my touch up. HIGHLY recommend Beth for improving your daily look and, for me, most importantly BOOSTING MY CONFIDENCE!!! :)

Beth Downs is absolutely awesome to work with. I had wanted my brows done for several years due to permanent hair loss after cancer. Beth was very professional and fun to be around. She explained everything up front and gave great care instructions. She was extremely good at communication as well which is great for being a busy mom myself. You’re in great hands with her and won’t every penny. Plus I genuinely loved talking to her. Super sweet person 😊

She explained everything she was doing and continued checking in often when she was doing my lips. It didn’t hurt at all which was super nice! I had Beth Downs, owner of Sage Beauty Ink, do my permanent makeup- brows and lips. She was so patient, kind, and professional. She explained the whole process which completely put me at ease. She makes sure you are completely comfortable through the whole thing. She is so knowledgeable about what colors will work for you and works hard to get it just right. SHE IS AMAZING!!
