While staying in Marietta, I stopped in the studio looking to make my first ever wig purchase. First off, their storefront is beautiful and their wig selection is top notch. I cannot express enough in words how much I appreciated the time and attention, as well as the knowledge offered, by Sharon. She answered every question, was so kind and professional, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. I recommend this business 100% and will definitely be back when I am in the area. I recently had a free makeover with Sammie. Sammie is very knowledgeable in all the products available at Merle Norman. She ask lots of beauty questions to get to know my likes and dislikes. She made me feel very comfortable. Sammie loves makeover and she is passionate about making you feel beautiful. It was a very fun experience. I would highly recommend Merle Norman. Everyone I've encountered at the Marietta store is super amazing, wonderful, kind and caring people! I had recently purchased a wig due to chemo treatments stealing away my own lovely locks. I had tried on many, MANY wigs and each one was caring-ly applied and, as far as I could tell, I managed to not frustrate anyone. LOL. I was taken such good care of. All the ladies were so patient with me and my many questions and concerns. I even had a wig ordered and when It came in, I decided that it just wasn't the one for me. They assured me that it was no issue at all and not to feel bad for rejecting it. I did feel bad, but they put that to rest, real quick. I had mentioned, as I was leaving (at closing), that I needed to find a better base makeup that matched my tone closer. Sharon, the owner, quickly grabbed a sample and sent me home to try it out. I did and it was a PERFECT match! Man, she's good! Well, I came back, at a later date, to purchase that product, but I had no clue of the color, as it was just a quick, out-the-door thing and I didn't even think to ask the color name/number, etc. When I arrived, Samantha greeted me, cheerfully, and asked how she could help me. I told her about the owner giving me a sample and that it was a C.C. cream and that I didn't know the color. She went to the drawer that housed all the many samples and, first try, got the EXACT color match for me! I was impressed! 🙌 The sample color that I was sent home with was the exact color she chose! These ladies know their stuff and are all so beautiful, inside and out! I'm so thankful for my experience at this store!! A little side note: The owner had even sent me a hand-written card in the mail, thanking me for my business and letting me know she'd be praying for me through my treatments and that I could reach out to her with any issues or needs in the future. It is always a pleasure to come in to the store All of the staff are wonderful! Personal attention is given to everyone that comes in. Sammie took care of me on my last visit and she was wonderful. I will most definitely be back soon!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit for a make-over and make-up purchase. The clinician was very friendly, knowledgable in regard to the products, and helpful during purchase choices. The location is easy to find, and parking is perfect. I likely will never choose to use any other products.
