Everyone at Vivid was very nice and so knowledgeable. Kaitlyn was so calming she knows her stuff. Every question I threw at her, I received an answer in layman’s terms. She explained everything she was about to do before she did it so there was no element of surprise. I am giving my daughter a spa day of her choice for Christmas! Kaitlyn is absolutely wonderful! I was a little nervous getting Botox done because in the past I didn’t have a great experience somewhere else, but Kaitlyn was great! She was very thorough while cleaning which was even more reassuring! The facility is really cute….she’s so relatable and down to earth but yet very professional. I can tell she truly loves what she does! 💗

Best injector! So educated and willing to explain every detail from procedures to pricing. I had prp done a few weeks ago and was very nervous initially. She did so well explaining the process and it was completely comfortable and painless. Also my lips have never looked better thanks to her. 10/10 stars for my girl 🤩
